Welcome to PDFCraftPro. By accessing or using our website at pdfcraftpro.com and our PDF editing tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

By using PDFCraftPro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

PDFCraftPro is a free, browser-based PDF editing tool that allows users to:
- Edit existing text within PDF documents while preserving original fonts.
- Add, remove, and reposition text, images, and other elements.
- Convert, compress, and organise PDF files.
- Download edited PDFs directly to their device.
The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use PDFCraftPro only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload or process files that contain illegal content, malware, or viruses.
- Use the Service to edit documents with the intent to commit fraud, forgery, or any other illegal act.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service without our prior written consent.
- Upload files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Circumvent any security or access control measures.
4. Your Files & Content
You retain full ownership of any files you upload to PDFCraftPro. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited licence solely to process and return the edited file to you. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to edit any PDF you upload.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the PDFCraftPro website — including the logo, design, code, text, and graphics — is the property of PDFCraftPro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
- The results of editing will meet your specific requirements.
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
PDFCraftPro is a tool to assist with PDF editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing edited documents before use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFCraftPro and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to files.
Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and display advertisements served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by PDFCraftPro.
9. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
